We have the only certified title plant located in Page County, Iowa, which includes a complete set of tract indices starting with the Government Entry and a computerized title plant that continues to present date. Current owner Jackie Brown began her career in the abstract business in 1992 at First Title & Abstract Co., merged with Page County Abstract and Title in 1999, and assumed ownership of the company in 2001. We are long-standing, locally owned business dedicated to providing the highest quality abstracting services in Page County, Iowa.
